The World of Disney Animation Podcast is an exploration of all 54 and counting Disney animated feature films. We’ll be doing this in chronological order, starting with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and ending with whatever is the latest film by the time we get there.

Once we get to the end, we’ll have a few retrospective episodes as we attempt to rank all 54+ films.

Each episode has three main segments. First, we’ll explore the history of each film’s production. We’ll discuss the major players behind the production, new breakthroughs in film making applied to each film, how the story came to be, and what hurdles production had to overcome.

Second, we’ll review the film itself. Both brothers have studied film making, film history, theater, and film production. Hopefully we’ll be able to put together a thoughtful, interesting, and entertaining analysis of each movie.

Finally, we’ll explore how each film has influenced the theme parks. This can include past, present, and future attractions, shows, decorative elements, and design cues.
